Universal Vacation Planning
Orlando’s three parks, Hollywood, Japan, and every Universal destination on Earth — planned so it all fits, without the burnout.
Universal Trips Have Their Own Rules
Universal is not Disney. The hotels work differently. Some hotel rooms come with free line-skipping that can save your family hundreds of dollars — if you pick the right one. Orlando is the flagship with three parks (and the brand-new Epic Universe to figure out), but we book every Universal destination in the world.
Here’s what we handle for you:
- Hotel strategy — we tell you when a pricier hotel actually saves you money because Express Pass comes free with it.
- Epic Universe done right — the new park is amazing and crowded. We plan your day so you see the big stuff.
- Harry Potter, both sides — Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are in different parks. We make sure you experience both the right way.
- Height checks ahead of time — Universal has more big-kid rides. We flag what your younger kids can ride before you go, so there are no sad surprises.
- Disney + Universal combo trips — doing both in one week? That’s our specialty.
The Three Universal Orlando Parks
- Universal Studios Florida — the movies-and-TV park: Diagon Alley, Minion Land, DreamWorks Land, and Springfield.
- Islands of Adventure — the thrill park: Hagrid’s, the VelociCoaster, Hogsmeade, Jurassic Park, and Seuss Landing for the littles.
- Epic Universe — the new one: Super Nintendo World, the Ministry of Magic, Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Universal Around the World
Orlando is the flagship, but we book every Universal destination:
- Universal Studios Hollywood — the real-studio park, an hour from Disneyland
- Universal Kids Resort — the brand-new little-kid park in Frisco, Texas
- Universal Studios Japan — Osaka, home of the original Super Nintendo World
- Universal Studios Singapore — the perfect stopover park on Sentosa Island
- Universal Beijing Resort — the largest Universal on Earth

Quick Answers
How many days do you need at Universal Orlando?
With Epic Universe now open, most families want 3 park days. Two can work if you are combining with Disney. We help you decide based on your kids and your budget.
Which Universal Orlando park is better?
Islands of Adventure has the biggest thrill rides, Universal Studios has more shows and simulators, and Epic Universe is the newest with Nintendo and Harry Potter's Ministry of Magic. The best pick depends on your kids' ages — that is exactly what we sort out.
Can Universal Orlando be done in one day?
One park in one day, yes. All three parks in one day, no. If you only have one day, we will tell you which single park fits your family best.
Are Express Passes worth it?
Often yes — but at some hotels Express Pass comes free with your room, and buying it separately would waste hundreds of dollars. This is exactly the kind of math we do for you.
Which Universal hotel is best?
It depends on what you want to pay for. A few of the pricier hotels include free Express Pass, which can actually make them the cheapest choice for line-skipping families. We run the numbers both ways.
Is it cheaper to go to Universal or Disney?
Universal is usually a little cheaper for tickets and hotels, but the real answer depends on your dates and how many days you go. We price both for you — we book both, so we have no favorite.
When are Universal Orlando tickets cheapest?
Ticket prices change by date. Slower seasons — late January, early February, and September — usually cost less. Tickets do not get cheaper closer to your trip, so booking early is safe.
Is Universal Orlando good for younger kids?
Yes, with the right plan. Seuss Landing, Super Nintendo World, and the kid zones are wonderful for little ones. We check ride heights ahead of time so there are no sad surprises.
What is the slowest day of the week at Universal?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually calmest, and Saturdays are busiest. We build your park order around the crowd patterns for your exact week.
Can we do Disney and Universal in one trip?
Absolutely — it is our specialty. We plan the split, the hotels, and the transportation between them so the week flows instead of frays.
Do you book Universal parks outside Orlando?
All of them — Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Japan in Osaka, Singapore, Beijing, and the new Universal Kids Resort in Texas. Every Universal destination on Earth, planned free.
